John Lewis:
What makes you think the transmitter is reducing power John? What is happening exactly and is it affecting all channels or just some - which ones? My suspicion is it could be an interference problem if it's happening at exactly 1810 each day. If you provide a full postcode we can see what the Freeview detailed Coverage Checker predicts for reception at your location.
