As now revealed, Ventnor transmitter went off on 10th October - help, panic, who can tell me what's happening? Was it doing the re-tune a few days early?
It appears to have been a "normal" fault - nothing to do with the re-tuning, but it was very difficult to find out ANYTHING!
Just hope all goes ok on 16th . . .

It could well have been for some engineering work or checking the navigation lights as all of those mean an engineer climbing the mast and they have to turn the transmitter off for health and safety reasons.
