If you had an aerial installed 2yrs ago it should have been a Group T or Wideband rather than the original C/D group for Whitehawk Hill. However if you are in a possible "marginal" location the recent changes and changes elsewhere can affect the potential reception. If you provide your full postcode we can offer constructive comment on your predicted reception.
As mentioned in the post before yours a group K aerial is all that is needed now for Whitehawk Hill it would have slightly better sensitivity than a Wideband, but that wouldn't be necessary if predicted reception at your location is good. There maybe other reasons you are having problems such as incorrectly tuned to weak signals from another transmitter. See the post before yours to check for the correct channels.

Has the analogue signal been switched off for Hove area? We were able to view our CCTV on an analogue Chanel until last week.

Liz: The last analogue TV transmitters were switched off back in 2012. Your CCTV system will only be viewable in your building and has nothing to do with any transmitter. Check with whoever installed the system (or whoever is responsible for maintenance if part of a communal aerial system), it may need to be adjusted to operate on a different UHF channel.

There is Planned Engineering at Whitehawk Hill this week with "Possible weak signal".
So if you don't live that close to the transmitter, you may lose signal altogether until the power is put back up again.

Most likely due to recent weather conditions, high pressure coupled with Temperature Inversion which makes signals travel further than normal How clear skies and fine weather can affect your TV reception | Help receiving TV and radio
If you haven't got all your correct channels back to normal, try a retune.
