Anthony powell: According to that postcode, you are just 6KM(!) from Winter Hill - which means you barely need an aerial at all!
Check your signal level, because its probably off the chart, and then look for 'too much of a good thing' on this website. I'm just surprised that whoever replaced the cabling on your chimney didn't mention high signal strength.

You need to manually retune the fourth TV so it gets BBC North West instead of BBC Wales.
Both LLanddona and Moel-y-parc are possibly receivable from your location, though they are in a very different direction. The BBCA mulitplex (which includes the regional BBC services) is on the channel 50 multiplex from Winter Hill, on the channel 57 multiplex from LLaddona and on the channel 45 multiplex from Moel-y-parc, As an autotune will pick up the lower channel multiplexes first, you need to do a manual retune to set the TV to get the channel 50 multiplex. That should restore BBC North West.

We need a full post code so we can check which transmitter you might be using. However, there are no reports currently of problem at any transmitter in your area.
Please check all your signal cables and their connections. A faulty/poor connection can cause the problem you report.

Like StevensOnln1 and several others, I am a regular contributor to this website aiming to assist those having reception problems. Just because some foolish person decides to submit an inappropriate post does not mean any of us like it, some are particularly obnoxious. But as the website is run by Briantist, no one else can delete the inappropriate postings. That they sometimes remain for some time does not mean the site is out of commission, merely that the offending post has not yet been removed as Briantist may well have other priorities for the time being.
The reality is that some people think it is appropriate to offend others and make unsuitable statements in the digital media, just look at whats on Twitter, Facebook, etc. A large proportion of what I have seen there are inappropriate and sometimes downright wrong. Think of the stories about 'false news', where do those stories come from? (Anti-)Social media.

For a post of that nature to be on a site for seven days does not show that Brianist has "other priorities" it shows that he has completely lost interest in this site and is happy for it to be used to advertise sexually explicit products. I doubt that this item would survive that long on Facebook, Twitter or Digital Spy. I have doubts that it is legal for it to be there as well.
