Since the work yesterday,I have none of the channels being transmitted on and .
strengths are down at 10% on these two channels. All other programmes remain OK.
Have made numerous retunes from default stage but to no avail.
I'm at Astley Bridge Bolton using a Humax PVR-9200T recorder.
Any would be greatly appreciated

since yesterday I cannot get anythning to do with bbc on either of my boxes. On one of them sky news has gone as well , I have done re tune after retune. one box gives me 115 and the other says 93. does anyone know who can or who to contact over this I am at a loss totally?

15:05 Thursday 11th April - I have not been able to receive ANY BBC for two days now. I have done everything that has been recommended (even phoned the TV line - don't bother it's a waste of time!). Is there ANYTHING that can be done?

My parents have recently lost all transmissions on their TV. They are based near the (Rainford). They have tried (unsuccessfully) to retune the TV, however it does not appear to be working.

Could you please provide a telephone number for them to contact someone regarding this?

Since the retune yesterday I have lost all BBC TV and. I tried to retune,factory reset on my topbox, pulled out of box to delete channels and retune to no avail.Run out of options to try.
I have a talktalk u view box and usually get my progs from .Can someone.

I live in poynton Cheshire and having trouble tuning itv following 11/4/13 . Understand itv is being transmitted , 778.0MHz however when i do a manual on this itv is not found. Other are found at strength 10. Any ideas

I have lost all of the BBC and some of the other channels. I have tried numerous resets but they are still missing. It has been this way for 2 days now. What are the engineers doing to correct this?
