I can only endorse what JC has said.....just disconnect your and then do a re-tune....then re-connect the TV aerial and re-tune again.

Alternatively, some sets will have a "factory reset" function in the tuning menu, which will erase any currently stored stations.

Lost BBC (1, 2 etc) (before and after retune)...

I confirm what some are saying here that a correct retune after setting to factory default results in lost stations (BBC) using the Tx. Hopefully, at some point someone there will realize they have (and are giving us) a problem and put it right.

I live in near (postcode SK11 0NA, on )and have two Humax boxes. Since 10 April I have lost all BBC on both boxes and despite retuning (including unplugging aerial and wiping the memory to 0 channels, each retune finds only 39 channels instead of the 100 + previously. I cannot find a solution anywhere on the internet. Help.... please!

I'm from and experienced the same issues with BBC from . After reading all the posts and following all the instructions still no joy. Now fixed the issue, delete all the channels, turn your unit on and off then for ALL REGIONS. Worked a treat. I think the problem is with the HTML file not being up to date.

Just retuned my uncles TV and auto store found all except bbc.

Done it twice.

In the end I had to manually tune BBC to receive it.

So people who cant recieve BBC, auto tune then store.
Then manual tune BBC mux afterwards on channel 50 or 706mhz

The two multiplexes that you can add MANUALLY to your TV are:

49 - 698 Mhz
Channel 50 - 706 Mhz

That should do the trick

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
