Tony Hamer: "Why can you do what they seem to do in the South and put a message on the screen that tells people to re-tune their TV/ box?"

We had a message on screen when you first switch on (around 1/3 size of screen) for the last few weeks clearly stating that a retune would be required on 10th April

Alex Fisher: "clearly a problem with the " - just because a small minority of people are having problems with their retuning?

No one is going to actively you if you don't help yourself - contact UK, an installer or post details here and someone will give up their own time to provide some advice.

I`m from the PR3 area,having same problem as many others after retuning,no stations found after re-tuning 62 manually would be most appreciated.

I have retuned following the works on the 10th. Howwever today at 07:23 lost most of including all BBC.
I have just retuned and only 33 channels inc ITV .
I live in BL6 Horwich, just 2 -3 miles from the
I have also tried thro my DVD player with the same result
What is going on?

Michael: I don't have any on 49 and 50, I have the but no actual signal. I have spoken to uk but got no; and why should I speak to someone re my when the only change has been to the ? My signal was fine one day and gone the next, the only change is at the transmitter.

The signal strength from on these frequencies is poor, hence the problems.

If someone on here can help I'd appreciate it

Hi,

About Midnight on the 10th April I lost most of my PSB1 and COM 6 (the ones I watch the most!). I have done 10 TV retunes now and have had a local engineer check the cabling etc. any ideas what I can do now?
