I live in the North , postcode WA6 7JY, and have re-tuned both of my TVs a number of times and I still have no BBC also I've done a factory reset and used a signal , to no avail.

Last night, following instructions from UK, I manually re-tuned and channel 50 which is the 706 just says ''.

Can anybody at all? I find it hard to believe that its my TV that is the problem, as I have 2 TVs, one is an LG and the other is an Eye TV digital , plugged into my iMac, and both have had exactly the same problem, since 10th April.

Any help would be so much appreciated!!

My channel 50 says as well on two LG TVs when I try the manual retune. Postcode is OL11 5HL. At best I can get 63 and 12 radio channels. No BBC whatsoever.

Carly: Judging by the image of your residence, I wonder if you may have alluded to a crucial fact, that being that it is a communal system you are using.

Refer to my posting above @ 15 April 2013 4:49PM. Communal aerial systems may need adjustment following the changes.

If you have tried two receivers and got the same result then logically this points to the common factor which is the aerial system.

Since April 10 my TV viewing has diminished terribly. The keeps breaking up and going on and off as is the sound. I can't record as the poor shows up on play back. My post code is OL5 0QY. Please can you rectify this for all who are effected. I have reset as advised. The are there, but, impossible to watch. The is on the .

My parents live in Bolton, and have also lost all their BBC on their TV, despite trying everything, and even contacting Philips to see if they could. It is obvious that if nobody experienced problems before the work took place then somebody needs to go back to the drawing board. Maybe if people stop paying their TV licences something will get done???????????

You are probably receiving instead of , this is a nuisance in many areas.
Disconnect the , start auto . When the scan is about 1/3rd of the way through reconnect the aerial and let it continue.
Hopefully this will clear the problem

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
