I have added in a few extra features and fixes to the UK FREE TV pages.

The transmitters that are closing down at switchover now display just this information: Bagillt, Flint, Fawley, Holywell and Sandale.

The transmitter database has been updated to include the frequency offset information. This is now shown as a plus or minus symbol after a channel number, for example C31+. This now allows for anyone doing manual tuning to have the correct frequency to hand.

Not all offsets have been published by Ofcom, only those know are show on the site.
