CNNi has world news, politics, business, sport on 207 from 24 March 2009. This will be a full service, not the restricted service on .

Rural TV (403) and JML Home & DIY (808)

These will also launch on 24 March. Rural TV provides news and entertainment to the rural community. JML Home & DIY offers discounted deals for DIY enthusiasts.

sandra mcnally: Virgin 1 closed some time ago. don't own Dave or Yesterday, it belongs to UKTV (part owned by BBC Wolrdwide).

Sky won't put pay out for free. Why would they?
