I have recently purchased a Samsung LE40C530F1 tv with built in Freeview. I scanned and obtained BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 plus several others on DTV with an Analogue aerial. Pleased with the result and picture.
I disconnected the TV over the weekend to lay laminate flooring. When I reconnected this afternoon I found I only had BBC on DTV. I rescanned and this gave me even less. I`ve rescanned at least 8 eight further times ( removing the aerial cable and unplug from the electric socket and leaving 30 seconds technique )with varying results sometimes no digital or radio channels all, upto a maximum of 6 digital channels on the last scan. All BBC programmes.
I live in PE30 area of the country.
Could you offer any help or advice please. Many thanks

My fairly new Samsung kitchen TV has lost BBC channels giving a weak or no signal message. It worked perfectly well before and after digital switch over. Anyone any idea what could be the fault?
My aerial is in the loft and I'm only 17 miles from the Winter Hill transmitter.

Mike Maunder: This does tend to happen with loft-mounted aerials. Can you please see the Single frequency interference | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice page?

Steve KL: Very curious, you should be getting perfectly acceptable reception of at least some of the multiplexes.
I would start by checking the Freeview reception has changed? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice page.

Roy: There are no change that effects free channels, other than Sky3 moving to 152/153. No other free channel has any form of change at all.
