A festive apology .. and a happy new year!

Due to personal circumstances well beyond my control, I have been unable to log in and assist with Free TV problems over the festive period.
This is a great disappointment, as I have been able to offer help with those Christmas gifts that need just that little extra to turn a box into a box of delights.
I'm pleased to say that the worst of the situation is now over, but I am still "in transition", so it will be a few days before normal service is resumed.
On a more positive note, a big massive thanks to everyone who has asked or answered questions and dealt with the issues of the day.
I hope you all had an excellent Christmas, and that 2010 will be a prosperous year for you.
