Few site updates

I've fixed a few things over the weekend that were a little unclear.

I've fixed the switchover details information on the Freeview transmitter pages. For some reason it was a right mess. Here is the new format from the Freeview on Waltham TV transmitter page:

Sunday 1st May 2011*

ITV-1 swaps to C64. BBC TWO C61 closes. PSB1 starts on C61.

Monday 30th May 2011*

BBC One C58 closes. BBC Two C64 closes. Channel 4 C54 closes. FIVE C35 closes. Mux 1 C49 closes. Mux 2 C23 closes. Mux A C26 closes. Mux B C33 closes. Mux C C45 closes. Mux D C42 closes.
Freeview power increases from 7,333 W to 37,500 W, 5 times stronger.
PSB2 starts on C54. COM4 starts on C29. PSB3 starts on C58. COM5 starts on C56. COM6 starts on C57. NEW8 starts on C59. NEW7 starts on C55.

The switchovers now correctly show the BBC TWO off, PSB1 on ("DSO1") date and show if there is an analogue channel swap.

I've also added some bits in to deal with early Freeview HD start dates on multiplex PSB3.

* Note that most dates are only finally fixed the previous year.
