Backed by four local commercial radio companies: UKRD (operates 16 local commercial stations) "To be successful local television will need strong cross media support, promotion and local sales" William Rogers (UKRD chief executive).

Also Town & Country, based in south Wales, Media Sound Holdings and Cheshire's Dee 106.3 and Silk 106.9.
