Ofcom - local TV for Sheffield and Nottingham retracted
Ofcom have revoked the decisions they made on the 9th October 2012 for Sheffield (Local TV for Belfast and Sheffield selected by Ofcom ) and 2nd October (Local TV on Freeview in Nottingham - ukfree.tv).
"The Ofcom Broadcast Licensing Committee will retake its consideration of the applications for the local TV licences for the coverage areas of Nottingham and Sheffield. The Broadcasting Licensing Committee will meet to reconsider the applications early in the week commencing 19 November 2012."

I'm sorry Ian but I have to agree with Brian here, it SEEMS to me you have little knowledge of the working of Ofcom and you should REALLY do a little more research into their workings.
