You can get the following Freeview channels on with an ex-contract digital satellite receiver (once it is connected). Items marked with a star require either a Freesat from Sky (fSfS) card, or a expired Sky subscription card to view.

cathy: You can, consult the manual for the remote that came with the Sky box, or press the INTERACTIVE button and see the "Customer Services" option.

do i need a sky card to use sky box and dish i just need to get a better signal for my new freeview tv in my static caravan and the area we are in have not switched to digital yet

ive just bought a freesat box and am trying to connect it to a sky satellite dish which has two ends. The freesat box only has one connection avilable. Ive plugged them both in seperately cant get a signal with either. Any ideas why? and yes i am blonde lol HELP!

lisa: You should be able to use either connection from the dish.

When you make the connection - with the mains power off - ensure that the inner wire is connecting and that the outer "shield" part has no stray wires touching the inner wire.

hi i am going to cancel sky and pay the 10 pound a month for the use of my sky hd box can i still order box office events cheers

lee: Yes, as long as Sky have your payment details and you keep the box attached to the phone line you can use Box Office.
