Can I view UK channels in Naples, Italy?

And look at the Astra 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D "footprints", as it is these that carry the UK programming.
2A (3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 23, 24, 27, 28, 40) no - not even with 1.2m dish
2A (1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18, 22, 37) yes - with a 50cm dish
2B (15, 16, 19, 20, 31, 32, 35, 36, 39) no - not even with 1.2m dish
2B (14, 17, 21, 25, 26, 29, 30, 33, 34, 38) yes - with 50cm dish
2C (33, 34, 35, 40, 48, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 62, 73, 75) yes - with 50cm dish
2D (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56) no - not even with 1.2m dish
Eurobird 1 (all) - yes - with 1.2m dish or smaller
Therefore you CAN receive any programmes that are on "yes" transponders. I am sorry this is a little complicated.
