Just visit any high-street retail outlet (Comet, Dixons, Currys etc) and tell them that you want the free box and dish offer without subscription. The terms and conditions say that this costs £120. You can find these T&C on the leaflets in any store, or click here...

You will also have to call 08700 541800 to order a free-to-view card for itv-1, Channel 4 and five, and to get the correct BBC ONE and TWO regions.
