No, there is not enough capacity on Freeview to turn these radio stations into TV channels. You can fit around 25-30 radio stations into the capacity required for a TV channel.

I understand that some channels may add more text and interactive elements in the future.

There are still plans for a "minority sports" channel, but no start date has been given.
