I suspect that you may have a partly disconnected, or a damaged SCART cable connecting your box to your TV.

Try removing and reinstalling this connection from both the TV and your box.

If the cable is damaged, you may need to buy a new one.

My mother in law is in a rehab centre in Watford, WD25. We have successfully switched over to the digital box with 100+ channels but they are all in black and white.

Tracey:check all your leads,you may have a bad connection or faulty lead,especially if you,ve used a cheap scart lead & also make sure they are plugged into the correct socket.
