Lee Bentley: Good Morning, Lee. To get Showcase TV live stream, try this link. It works for me, not sitting there forever loading, but see my notes below:-

showcasetv - informationtv: Experienced Broadcast Services

Notes:- I am running Mozilla Firefox version 48.0 and I have the following plug-ins:-

Adobe Flashplayer, Shockwave Flash, version 22.0.209, which is up-to-date and the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in, version 5.1.50428.0, also apparently up-to-date.

So I was just thinking that you may need to try a different web browser or install plug-ins that perhaps you don't currently have installed. Hope this helps, Richard, Norwich. PS, I'm assuming your download speed is at least 8.0 Mbits per second?!

Made in Cardiff
Sunday 14 August 2016 4:17PM

DENNIS HEALEY: Good afternoon, Dennis. it would seem that you are under the impression that this particular website puts you in touch with the 'Made in Cardiff' local tv channel. It doesn't, but I can probably help you with a link to the website you need:

Here is the web link that you need to put into your Web browser:-

Made In Cardiff | Always Something Good On TV!

Once you are on that 'home page' you'll see a black banner at the bottom with a 'Contact Us' caption listed. I suggest you click on that, then you will hopefully be able to get your message across to the 'Made In Cardiff' local tv channel. I~ hope this information is helpful to you, Dennis. Have a lovely day! Richard, Norwich.

Peter Brummell: Hi, Peter. I fully endorse MikeP's response and can recommend
www.aerialsandtv.com

of Sheffield , which is an excellent aerials supplier. I talk from personal experience having purchased from them myself. The company will ship your order speedily and you'll find that it is very well packaged with no chance of anything arriving bent or broken, which is good to know. Richard, Norwich.

Michael.O: Good afternoon, Michael. In addition to that which was stated by Mike P, I would add that you have probably been experiencing high atmospheric pressure yesterday and today, which can be very disruptive to Freeview tv reception. In my case, I would usually get a signal strength of 85% plus and a quality of 99% on SD, but under high pressure conditions my signal strength drops to 65-70% and the quality can be spoilt with glitchy interruptions to vision and sound. Richard, Norwich. PS, We might have to wait a day or two for the atmospheric pressure to fall so that Freeview reception normalises again.

Nigel : Hi, Nigel I totally agree with jb38, regarding Solent TV. It is not listed as being receivable at your location. On the other hand, BBC Radio Solent should be receivable at yours, because that is transmitted on a high power multiplex. The Freeview channel number for BBC Radio Solent is 722 for you, should you wish to hear local news through your television set. Richard, Norwich.

Tony Dix: Hi, Tony. Remember that COM5 is 6 decibels lower on its horizontally polarised signal compared to multiplexes PSB1 PSB2 and PSB3!!! Richard, Norwich.

Brian Gregory: Hi, Brian. You had better direct your query directly to the UK.FREETV website 'webmaster', Mr Brian Butterworth, aka 'Briantist' because I believe that it is he who is responsible for the intralinks on this website. Richard, Norwich.

Bay TV Swansea
Monday 15 August 2016 7:04PM

MikeP: Hi, Mike. A number of tv viewers have posted on UKFREE.TV regarding the so-called link to the Bay TV Swansea website, in that it doesn't work; one gets an 'error 404' message. Apparently, the best way to contact the company at the moment is via its 'social media' channel. Richard, Norwich.

Brian Gregory: Hi, Brian. If you wish to see old comments about radio, do what I just did, i.e. click on Radio from the banner menu on the left of the screen, then click on My Radio Reception and the comments you wish to see will appear. Of course, you also have the opportunity on this UKFREE.TV website to view any or all of the comments you, yourself have made at any time. Just spend a little while longer finding your way around Brian's excellent website, which is easy to navigate around once you are accustomed to it. Richard, Norwich.

Brian Gregory: Hi, Brian. I replied to your post about the website's tendency to revert to Freeview pages when on radio pages yesterday. In my posts, I stated that you specifically need to click on 'Radio' from the left-hand banner menu and then click on 'My Radio Reception' below the Radio' entry. On the other hand, if you wish to see all of the comments, you, yourself have made, you need to click on the 'News' label on the left-hand banner menu, and then click on the 'My Comments' label below that. Try these for yourself! Richard, Norwich.
