Hi, live in France and get Freesat via a communal dish. Just moved in and connected sky+ box via my new Phillips OLED TV - fab - but then got occasional 'no satellite signal being received messages, tried my Humax box in case the sky+box was faulty - same result. Did the whole disconnect and re-set and all good for about a week. Yesterday - it cut out and nothing I have done in the way of fixes is working - HELP, please. checked all the leads, checked the sat connector all good. We've been in lockdown for 12 days and desperately need to be able to fix this without an engineer!
