My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

I have lost all of my
channels
on my
Freeview
TV. I have retuned and only 3 channels have returned. I have retuned again and now have lost all of the channels again. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to get the channels back. Thank you
