Freeview reception has changed? | Freeview Interference

I reset my
freeview
(buit into TV) to receive ch5+1.
However I have now lost channel 16 -
QVC
and channel 30 - 5* and do not get ch5+1.
I have cleared the
channel list
by scanning without ariel this has not fixed the problem
Any ideas how I fix this?
