I should have said Freeview Ch54 which is the channel BBC2 HD programmes are screened on. Last night, Saturday 23rd July, my HD signal dropped out on all HD channels. I had to resort to SD for everything.

I checked all my connections yesterday morning and last night's HD viewing was excellent. I can only assume I had a poor connection somewhere. Strange that I could receive perfect pictures in SD but no signal at all in HD.
Perhaps someone can tell me the technical reason for that.

I kept losing my BBC2 Freeview HD signal last night, 21st July. I had to switch to SD to watch the programmes. Was this a transmitter problem?
