I am having problems with itv 1 channel 4 and 5. Picture is breaking up and sound distorted this is not all the time but is sometimes unwatchable. bbc channels are fine. post code is DY8 5JE and the aerial is on the roof. I am not very technical so simple answer would be appreciated. Or do I need to get a man in!
