Dear Anon,
Thank you for your response to our Legal Officer who works tirelessly to get websites that take information, in many, many cases publishing wrong details or personal information that should not be in the public domain.
Unfortunately UKFREE.TV has published wrong details about our organisation which is a registered trademark and so we would have a legal right under the law to take action if we wish. Maybe this can be avoided with your help?
WWW.UKFREE.TV seems to be owned by a company called WWW.ENOM.COM whom I will be attempting to contact via their domain registrant who is www.icann.org - but perhaps this issue can be solved quicker with assistance of the people who help run this site?
It is important to note that www.media.info have also been contacted by us on various occasions for listing completely wrong information about our organisation and I am currently awaiting them to at least check our website and get our address location and details correct!
The Sir Frank Whittle Studio School does not even exist any more and is not in Magna Park, where our studios are. They don't seem to answer problems or want to help correct issues either which is very frustrating when all we want is the facts to be published and in keeping with who and what we are!

I would like some quite important facts on this site changing or removing, including the fact that Magna Park is not in Warwickshire and the flag on the map is no where near our 92 FM transmitter.
Magna Park is in Leicestershire and has a LE17 postcode. This is quite important as it relates to an Ofcom broadcast licence and I would have thought your website users would want to have correct licence information available to them from the UK's regulator for broadcasting.
Again, if you take a look at our website you will see the correct details. If you help with posts, then maybe you can correct these details for us?

AK: Thanks for tuning into the Breakfast Show this morning. I am also the Founder :) but not the Legal Officer who is a different person and is tasked with making sure information about our brand is correct. Surely you can agree with that even if you disagree with everything else.
StevensOnln1: Many thanks for your assistance with this, I am sure Briantist will be able to help us to get the details correct on his website, I am sure you will agree, as I do that it is important that the facts should be correct.

The words and name 'Cross Counties Radio' is a registered trademark. Did you receive permission to place information about this radio station and the use of its registered trademark on your site from the Directors and Committee of Cross Counties Radio Limited?
Please contact us for relevant permissions and until this is done, please remove this post as it has various details that are not correct to avoid the possibility of legal action.
