Seem to have lost channels 12 and 15 a couple of weeks ago. I have three TVONICS one each on three TV sets and they have all lost the signal. I have retuned one box but the channel numbers dissapeared completely, so I have not retuned the other two, but let them say 'No Signal' - the thing is I have received these signals without any problem for over a year - then suddenly they have no signal. WHY and whats the cure?

I live in St Osyth near Clacton on Sea. following the switchover we received digital TV on three TV sets with three seperate digital set top boxes. About a fortnight ago was lost channel 12 'Yesterday' and channel 15 'Film 4'. When selected the text information about the programme appeared, but after about 30 seconds without a picture, the words 'No signal' appeared. When I retuned one of the set top boxes the channels were no longer selectable. So now I have a box where channels 12 & 15 do not appear at all and two digital boxes where those channels can be selected but report 'No Signal'.
What is the cause of my problem and how do I put it right?
