David Potter: Thank you very much for your reply. I have checked the settings and they are as you say. I have also volt tested both inputs and they both show 13.5 volts. It is input 1 ( my LHS as viewed from the back) which does not give a signal. Can you suggest anything else? Can I use a single input in any way? We are away in France in our caravan for 2 months so you will understand the desperation!!

Thanks again. Does not sound good! Sorry to be a pest but do you have the idiots guide to these processes? Might try the reinstall. I see them on the installer set upscreen but I don't suppose it is simply a matter of selecting it on this screen is it? Might doing a software upgrade help.?

Have tried all but the System reset with no joy. One final question. Is there a way to use the one good signal I have to use as non plus box/free sat box?.Thank you very much indeed for your help.can

Hi and thanks again. I have rebooted several times as youdescribe without success and have tried your test . I think both lnb outputs and coax F connectors are OK as either will produce a Signal one on the screen when connected to the LH Side terminal as viewed from the front. If this is your input one then that is consistent and means that input 2 ie the R H Side terminal as viewed from front is perhaps faulty. Hope that is clear now. David

I have a no signal message on my skyhd box. Have tried rebooting but no success. I have one signal of 95% strength and quality but nothing on the other when both cables are connected. Either input will achieve same result on RHS Input but neither produces a signal on LHS Input so it would seem lnb is OK. Any kideas as to how to proceed please?
