I've contacted the makers of my recordable freeview box who suggested a factory reset but no change and I've also contacted the council to see if it's a reportable issue.

MikeP my postcode is not being recognised as it's a new estate, I've already tried putting it into the checker! Chapelhall is in North Lanarkshire which says there's no problems with the transmitter....I've had no problems for the 2 months I've been here, just happened all of a sudden....my postcode is ML68GW, I'm at a loss on what else to try.

Since yesterday my tv is saying the receiver is not receiving a signal or the signal is too weak! I even went today and bought a new aerial but that hasn't helped. I've been in my new house now 2 months and this is the first time I've had problems. My downstairs tv is only finding 40 channels and when they come on they are pixelated and jumping??
