What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

Hi, I am setting up
sky
for the
freeview
channels
only with my sky HD + box and I get the message "no
satellite
signal
". However, on a neighbours box it works perfectly. I have tried all three processes and nothing has happened!! Any ideas?
