My Dad (in Sale, M33 5.. Winter Hill) has a Humax box that is reporting ~80% signal strength but the signal quality varies between channels. On the BBC (1,2,7,9) channels it stays steady at 100% but on the non BBC channels (3,4,5,6,7,10,11)it moves between 50 & 100%. Recently the picture becomes pixilated and the sound 'pops' from time to time. Next step is to check if the pixilation and 'pops' are limited to the non BBC channels, and to check the signal strength on the new Sony TV that is on the same aerial. Suspicion is that the TV works fine. Any ideas from the info so far? Thanks,
