Final switchover for The Wrekin, Ridge Hill groups on 20th Apri

Being honest - I am totally dense when it comes to this type of thing. So I am hoping for some simple advice really.

Location - Tewkesbury

I have a newish telly with built in . We had the 1st switch off so telly was re-tuned then the 2nd within days so retuned again. All the freeview were there before and working fine. They are all there now but some seem to go all pixely while watching them. Why would this happen and how to I resolve it?
