Updated - changes to Freeview channel numbers this week on Sept

Today's Retune has been total and all regular
channels
have been renumbered. For example BBC 1 is now at 895 and BBC 1
Wales
is now 1.
I have also lost all scheduled record settings.
How do I get my original channel numbers back?
