It sounds like it KB, but I guess if they put a copyright logo on the screen and that is broadcast, it would probably contravene the last bit. Like a loop hole maybe.

Might help if you preform a new search for channels. ITV2+1 is now on Channel 27 for me from Emley Moor transmitter, ITV1+1 is now on Channel 33, which used to be ITV2+1.
If that doesn't help, post what is up and what you've done.
