Hello I hope you can help with my query. Several months ago I contacted Sky and arranged to cancel our Sky Subscription services but I asked that we continue to have Freesat from Sky. This all worked fine until a couple of months ago when overnight we lost a host of channels including BBC1, BBC2, BBC4, Channel 4, Channel 5, but the weird thing is that we can still view BBC2 HD and Channel 4+1 so there doesn't seem to be any logic to what disappeared e.g. we have ITV4+1 but not ITV4. Our Sky box is Sky+ HD box and we don't have a viewing card. Any ideas how we fix this ? (I've already talked to Sky who talked me through how to reset the box but it didn't fix it).
