I live in the Tyne-Tees area and receive my signal from Bilsdale. We switched over on 26 Sept 2012. Prior to the switchover I was receiving a very good signal for ITV3 (which is a great channel and I used to watch it a great deal). Since the switchover, it does not even appear EPG list. Please can you tell me what has happened and how I can receive it again. I have done all the resetting and retuning procedures several times, including wiping all the channels by tuning without the aerial.
