Why do my subtitles drop out.Pictures are perfect Ilive in a complex of 41 retirement flats and have access only to a communal aerial.The drop out only on the recently activated transmissions from Sudbury.All reception from previous analogue gave no trouble.I rely totally on subtitles as I almost totally deaf.

I live in a retirementcomplex of 41 flats.These are all wired to receive Sky .am I able to have a non Sky digisat box in order to receive Freesat.I might add that at the mometI am using Freeview via a communal aerial but am being subjected to dropout of Subtitleson BBB2 ITV1 4&5 although all pictures are excellent This has only happened since digital is now being broadcast
