I have Sky HD but they couldn't fit it properly as we had scaffolding up. We need a lead and can't record from one channel while watching another.
It took over 12 months to get the scaffolding down and now they refuse to come back and fix it for free. I'm so annoyed at this I'm thinking of getting rid of it (they said nothing about the 12 months at the time).
If I buy a Freesat+ box, will I need this lead sorted out? Is it a lead I can fit myself?
I'm completely untechnical, so any help would be gratefully received!
