I live in Carlisle,Cumbria I have just installed an old Skydish to a 2nd hand skybox, I have managed to the SKY channels up and running but the BBC and ITV channels are coming up with the error code 36 and the message no satellitesignal is being received, I am at a loss as I have the sky ones working OK, Any suggestions would be greatly appriecated
