Hello, I have brought my 1m motorized dish with me when I moved house recently. The new house is in a bit of a dip with high trees in the general direction that the dish would need to point in. I would like to ground-mount it at around 1 m above the ground. As this will be trial and error to start I don't want to make it permanent yet. I have the necessary equipment to be able to fabricate a temporary pillar. I would like to pick up any free European channels especially French ones. Can you give me an idea of the direction and angular elevation that I should start searching on with the sat-finder. I am near Bridgend in South Wales.
