Hello, I hope that you can help me. My mum lives in DA11 8SJ, she has had no problem watching with her free view tv until recently. A new 5G mobile phone mast has been installed on the main road, which is just a very short distance from her house. The direction of her TV mast (which is on the outside of her house on the roof), is pointing directly towards this new 5G mobile phone mast.
I know that 5G can interfere with the TV signal, as seems to be happening in this case. Mum has been losing her TV picture at different times of the day. It's much, much worse when it rains. The other day she lost her picture for over 5 hours.
Can you advise what I need to do to try and stop the 5G interference please.
