It's either revenge for Agincourt or Arqiva riggers using some of the power for their kettle while they tinker... If you can see two bars on the tuning or settings menu and the quality one fluctuateswhilst the signal strength one is fairly stable over 50%, then it is probably interference from near Agincourt wafting across Le Manche on the "High". . .
