Can I get German channels on Sky Digital (like it was on analog

I have lost the first 18
channels
since the work was carried on the
transmitter
in this area on March 7th(dy32ul)I have unplugged it and taken
aerial
out retuned,the put back in and retuned ,but is still been unable to get bbc1,2 it ,
channel 4
and 5
