I too am trying to get a skysignal. We have none today. I press 'services' as directed and come up with a screen entitled 'Options' but after that It goes to 'sky set up' not 'system set up' . Thereafter the options are: 'subtitles' or 'favourites' or 'Man Tec' or 'Other Channels' or 'Tel Num' or 'Customise' or 'Help' but nothing suitable that your advice to press 0 then 1.
HELP. I must be going mad!!
