'No signal is being received'

Is the message displayed on my TV. I am using an ex box as (basic ) This morning everything was fine then noticed pic break up. Now nothing.

When I go to the options, then system setup, I check the signal and I have or barometer. I've checked the cables this end, all fine. Please don't tell me I have to get up on the ......
