Freeview Samsung smart tv why have some channels gone missing was working fine on all channels until the change over a short time ago yet my friend is on the same transmitter and his are working fine the actual channels I've lost but my friend is still receiving them excact set up apart from a mile in between us both 103 channels is all I receive must be at least TEN stations adrift according to my postcode TRIPLE checked all set up fine only have ONE connection and that is the AERIAL from the roof directly to the tv AND nothing else is connected to the tv or aerial all brand new fitted by the aerial engineer who has triple checked every aspect of why I do not receive all the channels Fenton transmit got them all before so why do I not now NOTHING as been altered all excatly the same can't even get a phone number to speak to anyone who would more than likely be able to sort the problem out for me.
