My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Signal on BBC keeps dropping out -
no signal
- and then coming back on . It also happens on free view
channels
but not 3,4 or 5
Some days it's ok but recently it's got worse.
Tried unplugging and re plugging equipment to no effect or improvement..
