My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I have had working well on all but there has been a few new channels added so I did a re-tune to get the other channels. I have now lost BBC 1,2 & 3. I still get BBC News, BBC 4 and CBBC. The on BBC News is as good as any other channel. I've tried a manual search on UHF 50 but still not getting 1,2 or 3. The is mounted on the . The freeview is built in to the TV. Location is SP105PL . Any suggestions please
