Hi I am at my parents bs24 9uw,have an interesting prob,they recently bought a login tv,I installed it and was fed from a wide and aerial mounted in the loft, the picture channels pixelated terribly for about an hour then would stabilise and work perfectly. At this past weekend I moved the antenna ont the chimney outside, the antenna is pointing to Wales,Cardiff I am getting good strong signal but tv is unwatchable for over an hour, anyone know if 4g been added to Hutton repeater..contemplating an attenuators when shops open,please help anybody, Chris

Jeanette you need to look in your tv manual,I would be very surprised if the bush tv has no analogue tuner,if it has no analogue then there is nothing you can do.. If it has analogue you need to make sure satellite receiver is turned on, carry out analogue tune and you will see duplicate picture of satellite channel ! You may have to store, it really is easy if your tv has facility,chris

Unalaska hi, if this was mine the first thing I would have done is to completely down power everything.. You have to bear in mind that we have had very strong winds and that there is a distict poss that the dish has moved, a few mm is miles at 23,000 miles where the satellite is !! What you can do is check the signal strength on the menu function but as you have the newer type box it sounds more like an lab issue(the bit at the end of the dish) check for water ingress !!
